Enjoy Mouthwatering Meals Grown Locally & On the Farm
The organic farm on-site and catering kitchen at OM at Cashew Hill makes it easy for you to enjoy delicious meals together as one big happy group in the jungle view restaurant. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is provided so you can focus on your study while the restaurant takes care of nourishing you. The food is a labor of love, served buffet style, seasoned with fresh-from-the-garden organic herbs and utilizing local fruits and vegetables that are available seasonally. We are happy to watch the chefs harvest right out of the on-site gardens to provide for your fresh salads, smoothies, teas and entrees.
Vegetarian Scratch Kitchen
The meals at Caribe Yoga Academy are often one of the highlights for many student’s experience! We offer vegetarian meals with many vegan and gluten-free options.
The kitchen is able to accommodate vegan or gluten-free diets upon reservation. You will experience a blend of the best in Caribbean flavor with a selection of International favorites.
When you’re onsite at OM at Cashew Hill you can truly experience farm to table living. The organic farm and garden grows herbs, fruits, and vegetables to support the Caribe Yoga staff working hard in the kitchen.
You might catch the scent of fresh Thai basil or Vietnamese cilantro wafting through the air as you walk through the retreat center. We use composting for the leftovers of each meal to return these nutrients back to the Earth and nourish our plants and our bodies.
Fresh Teas, Juices and Coffee
Every day we’ll be serving fresh juices, coffee, tea, smoothies and much more… here’s a general idea of what to expect at each meal:
- Breakfast: Homegrown Medicinal tea’s, coffee and smoothies to accompany every breakfast.
- Lunch: Fresh garden herbs iced teas and fruit juices and or Probiotic drinks.
- Dinner: Iced teas and or proiotic drinks
Breakfast: Chia Pudding with homemade non-dairy milk, fruit salad and Granola. Banana Bread.
Lunch: Zucchini schnitzel, veggie bake served with a fresh garden salad.
Dinner: Ginger garlic Stir fry with ricepaper salad wraps.
Breakfast: Banana pancakes with Homemade jam, fruit salad and Energy Balls.
Lunch: Falaffel, Quinoa Tabbouleh, Yuca fries with side dips.
Dinner:Pumpkin Rissoto served with fresh Salad.
Breakfast: Savory shredded vegetables pancakes served with fruit salad and Brownies.
Lunch: Baked and stuffed sweet potatos, zucchini fritters with Garden Salad
Dinner: Assortment of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free pizza with side salads.
